Why this page exists
Almost every event power failure is the same failure. Somebody added up the equipment and not the catering. A single 15A circuit carries about 1,800 watts. Two coffee urns is 3,000. The lighting rig was blameless.
Send us the equipment list (yours, the caterer's and the venue's) and we will return a load plan with circuit assignments. That service is free whether or not you rent the distro from us, because a tripped breaker at your event reflects on us either way.

Safety, plainly
- Every output is RCD protected. Wet grass and event power are a bad pairing without it.
- Every cable crossing a walked path goes under a ramp, not under a mat and not under tape.
- Nothing is daisy-chained through domestic power bars.
- We do not touch a building's panel or hardwire anything. That is licensed electrical work and it is not what we do.
We are not electricians and we do not do electrical work. We distribute from existing outlets or from a generator, using rated equipment. Anything requiring a panel, a hardwired connection or a permit gets referred to a licensed ESA contractor.
Check your date
The first question is always whether the date is open. Start there: the rest takes two minutes.
Common questions
How much power does my event need?
Send us the equipment list including catering and we will return a load plan with circuit assignments. That is free. As a rough figure, a 120-guest event with sound and lighting is about 3 kW before catering.
Do you do electrical work?
No. We distribute power from existing outlets or a generator using rated, RCD-protected equipment. Anything involving a panel or a hardwired connection is licensed electrical work and gets referred out.
How much is a distro rental?
From $150 for a 30A unit with four protected outputs, $280 for a 50A unit with eight. Cable and ramps are priced per run.
Are your generators quiet enough for a wedding?
The 5 kW inverter units are, sited at distance. A construction-grade generator is not, and we do not send them to weddings.
