What it costs in Alanya

Real numbers, published, in euros. Every couple asking for a quote is really asking whether they can afford the conversation, and hiding the figure wastes both our afternoons.

Weddings from €2,400 · Corporate from €2,000 · Production from €600

What is not in the price

  • Your venue. The largest number in your budget and not ours. Peak-season hotels here commonly add 20 to 30 per cent between June and September.
  • Turkish VAT. Quoted as a separate line where it applies to your booking.
  • Travel beyond the Alanya district. Stated as a line, never hidden in the rate.
  • Bank charges. International transfer fees are the sender's. Send gross or the invoice arrives short.
  • Planning, calls, setup and strike. These are in the price. A supplier who itemises them is inflating your comparison.

Where this sits in the market

A DJ on his own in this region is commonly quoted at €400 to €800, and a professional Antalya wedding DJ with sound and lighting at €800 to €1,500; a live band runs €1,200 to €2,500 (RamaRossi's entertainment guide). The same publisher's cost guide puts a mid-range destination wedding for fifty to a hundred guests at €10,000 to €30,000.

Our starting figure is above the commodity DJ rate by a multiple, and it sits between eight and twenty-four per cent of that mid-range band, which is where entertainment and production normally sit in a well-planned budget. It is not the cheapest number you will be quoted on this coast and it is not meant to be.

Start with the date and the town. If the venue is not chosen yet, that is normal. Most people book us before they book the room.

Estimate Shown on each option above Planning range in euros. Your written quote is fixed before anything is booked. Turkish lira is available for clients resident in Türkiye, and Turkish VAT is shown separately where it applies.
2. Where in the Antalya region? Step 2 of 5
The hotel, beach club or villa. If it is not chosen yet, say so. That is normal at this stage.
3. When is it? Step 3 of 5
Choose a time window
If the date is not fixed yet, pick the first day of the month you are aiming at. Twelve months is comfortable for a Saturday in June to September, and three months is the least most venues here will take. April, May and October move faster. Under three months, ask anyway: sometimes a date is open.
4. How do we reach you? Step 4 of 5
5. Consent and send Step 5 of 5

Two separate permissions, and they stay separate: ticking one never ticks the other. Both are optional and neither changes how we handle your enquiry. The legal frame, if you want it: in the EU and the UK this is your consent under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules; in Türkiye, under KVKK. Emshab is a Canadian company, so Canadian law governs what we send from our end as well.

No payment now, and nothing is held until a deposit is agreed. We reply within one working day, Istanbul time.

Pricing questions

Why euros and not lira?

Because that is what this market quotes in. Every published destination-wedding budget in Türkiye is denominated in euros, and quoting a lira figure eighteen months out puts the currency risk on a couple who cannot hedge it. Clients resident in Türkiye are quoted in lira: Turkish currency law constrains foreign-currency contracts between residents.

Is the price fixed?

Fixed, in writing, in euros, before you book. It does not move afterwards whatever the exchange rate does.

Does Turkish VAT apply?

Türkiye’s standard KDV rate is 20 per cent. Whether it applies to your booking depends on the contracting entity, and it is always quoted as a separate visible line rather than folded into the figure.

What is the deposit?

Your written quote and contract state the deposit and payment schedule before any money moves.

Do you charge for travel?

Not inside the Alanya district. Manavgat, Side and Gazipaşa carry a stated travel line. Antalya city is about two hours each way and quoted openly, including an overnight where the out time needs one.

Why is a peak-season Saturday more expensive?

Ours is not, materially. The venue’s is: hotels here commonly add 20 to 30 per cent between June and September. We tell you that because it is the largest single number in your budget and it is not ours.

How does this compare to a local DJ?

A DJ alone in this region is commonly quoted at €400 to €800. That is a real price for a real service and it is not what this is. Our figure covers the DJ, sound, lighting design, planning and the person who talks to your hotel about power and curfew.

Is MC service included?

No. Emshab provides DJ and production services in English, but does not provide MC services. We coordinate music cues and microphones with the host or MC you arrange.
