Nearly every wedding on this coast happens inside a hotel. That makes the hotel the third party in your booking, and it decides more about your night than you expect.

A supplier the events manager does not have to supervise: rider filed in advance, load-in inside the window, curfew respected without an argument.

The in-house system is a speech system

Almost every resort on this coast has a sound system, and almost none of them have a dance-floor system. What is installed is sized for an animation team, a microphone and background music by the pool. It will carry a speech and it will not carry a hundred and twenty people at midnight.

This is not a criticism of the hotels. It is what that equipment is for. It does mean that a package which says "sound system included" is telling you the truth about a different night from the one you are planning, and it is the single most common disappointment at a wedding here.

What we ask a hotel before we quote

The room
Indoor ballroom, covered terrace, open terrace or beach. Four different jobs.
Power
Available load at the event position, in amps, and whether it is a shared circuit with the kitchen.
Load-in
The door, the route, the window, and whether it crosses a guest area.
Curfew
The number, in writing, for our specific date.
In-house sound
What is installed, whether we may patch into it, and who holds the key to the rack.
Exclusivity
Whether the hotel requires its own supplier and, if so, what it will and will not allow us to bring.
Other events
Whether another wedding is running that night, and how far away.

Planning figures only. Your event is priced after we know the venue, guest count and production scope. The written quote you approve is the figure that applies to your booking.

For events managers

If you run events at a hotel in Alanya, Konaklı, Avsallar, Kargıcak or Mahmutlar: we file a technical rider before the day covering power draw, load-in route, crew count, timings and out time. We load in on your window, not ours. We do not run the room over curfew and then apologise to you afterwards. And we will tell a couple no on your behalf when what they are asking for is not possible in your building.

We are also happy to work as the production supplier a hotel recommends, with scope and commercial terms agreed in writing for each event.

The resort belt, west to east

The large all-inclusive properties sit mostly west of the city (Avsallar, Türkler and Konaklı) with a second cluster on the hillside east at Kargıcak. Utopia World, Eftalia Ocean Resort & Spa, Lonicera World and Kahya Resort Aqua & Spa are the names that come up most often when a couple arrives with a venue already chosen. City-centre and Oba hotels are smaller, closer to the harbour and the castle, and better for a wedding under a hundred guests.

Tell us about the night

Start with the date and the town. If the venue is not chosen yet, that is normal. Most people book us before they book the room.

1. What is the night?
Estimate Shown on each option above Planning range in euros. Your written quote is fixed before anything is booked. Turkish lira is available for clients resident in Türkiye, and Turkish VAT is shown separately where it applies.
2. Where in the Antalya region?
The hotel, beach club or villa. If it is not chosen yet, say so. That is normal at this stage.
3. When is it?
If the date is not fixed yet, pick the first day of the month you are aiming at. Twelve months is comfortable for a Saturday in June to September, and three months is the least most venues here will take. April, May and October move faster. Under three months, ask anyway: sometimes a date is open.

5. Consent and send

Two separate permissions, and they stay separate: ticking one never ticks the other. Both are optional and neither changes how we handle your enquiry. The legal frame, if you want it: in the EU and the UK this is your consent under GDPR and the ePrivacy rules; in Türkiye, under KVKK. Emshab is a Canadian company, so Canadian law governs what we send from our end as well.

No payment now, and nothing is held until a deposit is agreed. We reply within one working day, Istanbul time.

Common questions

Our hotel says it has a sound system. Do we still need you?

For speeches, no. For a reception that runs past eleven with people on a dance floor, yes. What is installed at a resort here is an animation and background-music system and it is not built for the second half of a wedding.

Our hotel insists on its own supplier. Can you still work?

Sometimes, as the DJ on their production, and sometimes not at all. Ask them the question in writing and send us the answer. It changes what we can quote.

Do you file a technical rider?

Yes, in advance, covering power, load-in route, crew, timings and out time. Most hotels here ask for one and most suppliers do not offer one.

Who confirms the curfew?

We do, with the venue, in writing, for your date, and then we build the run of show backwards from it.

Our couples are mostly Turkish. Is that a problem for you?

No. It is the repertoire we plan around here. Turkish pop, çiftetelli, halay and roman havası as a full set, the takı töreni music, and the kına gecesi the evening before as a second build rather than an extension of the first. Turkish on the microphone is a separate arrangement and we say so instead of blurring the two.
