What is Emshab?
Emshab is Farsi for "tonight". It is a Toronto event production company (DJ, live music, sound, lighting and staging) specialising in mixed, multicultural and Persian weddings.
Do you specialise in mixed weddings?
Yes. Mixed weddings are a core specialty: two families, cultures and music traditions shaped into one celebration rather than separate sets taking turns. We build the crossover plan with you and coordinate announcement cues with the host you choose.
How much does an event cost?
DJ Dynamite starts at $3,250 for a wedding and $2,750 for a corporate or private event, on the venue's own system. With our JBL sound and intelligent lighting, weddings start at $4,750, and the Signature Experience, ceremony to last dance, is $6,950. Every quote is fixed in writing before you book. Do you own your equipment or rent it?
The core system is ours: a JBL VRX932LA line array over SRX728S dual-18" subwoofers, JBL EON ceremony speakers, wireless microphones, moving heads, uplights and a dry-ice machine, operated by our crew. Larger lighting rigs and specialty effects come from production partners we have worked with for years. No DJ is ever subcontracted and nobody else arrives under our name.
What areas do you cover?
Toronto and the GTA (Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough) with no travel surcharge. Beyond that we quote travel openly.
Do you speak Farsi or provide MC services?
DJ services and planning are provided in English, and DJ Dynamite does not MC. The Farsi pages are translations for convenience. When you want a host, we can bring an interactive MC from $950; if your event needs Farsi announcements, we coordinate music cues and microphones with the Farsi-speaking host you choose.
Do you work anywhere other than Toronto?
Yes. Emshab also works Alanya, on the Turkish Riviera in Antalya Province: destination weddings, hotel and beach-club events and corporate groups, quoted in euros. It is a separate operation under the same brand and the Alanya section covers it.
