Private party at Fermenting Cellar
A fortieth birthday in the Distillery District, in a stone-and-timber room with a restricted vehicle window and no useful in-house sound.
What we did
- Everything in through the pedestrian-zone delivery window in one run
- System aimed at the guests rather than the room, to keep the stone from ringing
- Warm amber uplighting on the timber; no blue, which fights the wood badly
- Distro brought in. The room's power provision is thin for a full rig
- Level managed carefully for the residential neighbours and the 1am curfew
